Returns
- Since our products are custom-made to order, we currently do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos showing the issue.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges as all items are custom-made. Please double-check sizes, designs, and other details before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that do not qualify for returns include items with customer-selected errors (e.g., incorrect size, color, or design), or items beyond the 7-day claim period.
How to File a Return/Refund Request
